This notice explains how LT Investment Holdings Plc (“the Company”, “we”) uses personal data collected through this website and the shareholder portal. The Company is the controller of this data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

• Investor updates: the email address you submit, together with the date of your subscription.
• Enquiries: the details you include when you write to us by email.
• Shareholder portal: your name, register number, share class and shareholding from the register of members; lock-up and settlement details; any contact and bank details you add to your profile; sell instructions you submit; and documents relating to your holding.

How we use it

• To send investor updates you have asked for (legal basis: your consent).
• To respond to your enquiries (legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with investors and partners).
• To maintain the register of members, administer lock-up and settlement arrangements, and process sell instructions (legal bases: legal obligation under the Companies Act 2006 and performance of our agreements with you).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host and operate this website and the portal, with our professional advisers, arrangers and registrars where needed to process your instructions, and with authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep investor-update subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Register and settlement records are kept for as long as required by company law and for the period needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent to investor updates at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ltinvestmentholdings.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Access to the shareholder portal requires a personal access code. Each shareholder can see only their own holding and documents. Please keep your access code confidential.
